Role & Responsibility

Lead Generation and Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify leads to determine their fit with the company’s services.

Sales Process Management

  • Conduct service presentations to potential clients via phone, email, or virtual meetings.
  • Understand client’s needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

CRM and Sales Tools Utilization

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Use sales tools to track performance metrics, pipeline progress, and customer insights.

Market and Service Knowledge

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s services to effectively address clients’ needs.

Sales Strategy Execution

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual revenue goals.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue potential.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Time Management and Organization

  • Prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple leads and sales activities simultaneously.
  • Meet deadlines and maintain a consistent follow-up process with prospects and clients.

Key Outcomes Expected

  • Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Building a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Maintaining high client satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Contributing to team success and overall business growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Who has worked for the international Market (US/UK/Australia/EU).
  • Who has past sales experience.
  • Who has done B2B sales.
  • Who is available to work in night (US Shift).

As a Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top talent for our organization. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and managing the candidate experience. Staying updated on industry trends to continuously improve our talent acquisition efforts.

Requirement

  • Must be a graduate.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Prior experience with international BPO for freshers (preferred).
  • Available to work in any US shift.
