No, we understand how dynamic the market is, hence we provide our services on monthly basis, we just ask our clients to give us a one-month advance notice if they wish to pause/cancel the service.

Yes, we will be signing a non-disclosure agreement.

How many hours will the dedicated resource work?

The recruiter would be working for 9 hours a day (including 1 Hour Break) in a time zone of your choice.

Is there an incentive policy I am required to incorporate?

Yes, we have an incentive policy to helps keep the recruiters/sourcers motivated to do good quality work for clients. However, incentives are contingent to successful starts and candidates completing certain time on projects.

Do I need to pay anything beyond the monthly fee and incentives?

No. You do not pay anything extra except for the applicable transaction fee (dependent on your preferred payment method.

Will I get a discount if I ramp up my recruitment team?

Absolutely. If you decide to hire a team of recruiters from us, then we can definitely look into arranging a discount.

What if I need to hire different types of employees?? (Full Time, Temporary, etc).
