ANS RPO was founded in 2012 with a contrarian view: the offshore model was broken not because the talent was weak, but because the contracts were. Twelve-month lock-ins, six-week ramp-ups, and fixed teams made offshore feel like a gamble.
So we flipped it. We trained recruiters and developers on specific industries, kept them bench-ready, and offered them month-to-month — rentable like infrastructure, accountable like in-house.
