Role & Responsibility
Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads to determine their fit with the company's services.
Sales Process Management
- Conduct service presentations to potential clients via phone, email, or virtual meetings.
- Understand client's needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
CRM and Sales Tools Utilization
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Use sales tools to track performance metrics, pipeline progress, and customer insights.
Market and Service Knowledge
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the companys services to effectively address clients' needs.
Sales Strategy Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual revenue goals.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue potential.
Reporting and Analysis
Prepare and present regular sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.Time Management and Organization
- Prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple leads and sales activities simultaneously.
- Meet deadlines and maintain a consistent follow-up process with prospects and clients.
