Inside ANS. The people, the culture, the work.
A look at how ANS works as an offshore team — across timezones, close to clients, and genuinely glad to be in it together.
Collaborative, fast, and always learning.
ANS runs on a simple belief: offshore work should feel like in-house work. That means owning outcomes, talking directly to clients, and caring about the result — not just the ticket.
We move fast, but we don’t cut corners. New joiners get real training and a mentor, not a manual and a desk. People stay because they grow here, and because the team genuinely has each other’s backs.
Most of all, we’re client-centric and low-ego. The best idea wins, feedback is frequent and kind, and the work is the kind you’re proud to put your name on.
A day, from standup to handoff.
Built around our clients’ timezones — here’s the rhythm of a typical day on the team.
Morning standup
9:30 AM ISTPods sync on priorities and blockers. Quick, focused, and done in fifteen — then it’s heads-down.
Sourcing & screening
Late morningDeep-work blocks for sourcing, screening, and code. The bulk of delivery happens here, uninterrupted.
Client calls
AfternoonAs the US and UK come online, recruiters and devs jump on client calls — reviews, briefs, and demos.
Collaborate & unblock
Early eveningCross-pod help, pairing, and shortlists going out. The overlap window is where the team moves fastest.
Evening handoff
End of dayClean handoffs and notes for the next timezone, so work never stalls overnight. Then we log off — for real.
The team, off the org chart.
Standups, celebrations, and the everyday in between.

In their own words.
“I joined as a sourcer two years ago and I’m running a pod now. The growth here is real if you put the work in.”
